How do I pay? Is payment secure?

You can pay online through our secure pay pal interface. All payments are taken through a secure pay pal gateway.

What do you do with my personal information?

Your data is collected so that we can gather the relevant details to post your orders and provide you with the best possible service. We will not pass your information on to any other source it is for use of Craftduo only.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order 1 card or as many as you like.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of our cards. If for any reason you are not however, we would first ask that you contact us on mail@craft-duo.com with the reason, so that we can make sure the same problem doesn't occur again. If you then return the card(s) to us in perfect condition within 7 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money.

Do the cards include an envelope?

Yes. Each card comes with its own envelope. They are also placed in their own individual cello bag to keep them clean until you use them

Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?

Yes. We are happy to take orders from other countries. Please contact mail@craft-duo.com with your request before placing an order and we will be happy to advise you on postage costs.

Can you send my card directly for me?

Yes. If needed, I can personally write your card for you and send it via first class post. Please mail@craft-duo.com for more information.

Can you personalise my card?

Yes, all of our handmade cards come with free personalisation. Please email to mail@craft-duo.com to gives the details you require or if you need any further information.

How quickly can you process my order?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 day; however please allow 2 to 3 days.
