Postage, Packaging & Delivery
Packaging:
All our cards are delivered to you in a padded or cardboard backed envelope to ensure that they arrive in good condition. Each individual card you order will also be in its own Cellobag to keep them protected and clean until you are ready to use them
Delivery:
Orders are normally dispatched within two working days, via Royal Mail 1st Class post. Orders with a value of over £40 will be sent recorded delivery. Cheques must have cleared prior to item dispatch so please allow additional time if ordering by post.
Postage Costs:
Your postage cost will be calculated in the shopping cart as you add your card orders. They are calculated on your order totals as follows:

Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase please return it in its original condition within 7 days with all packaging, and a full refund (less P&P) will be given.
Refunds will be given on any faulty products subject to the item being returned in full within 7 days of delivery. Please email mail@craft-duo.com prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund.
